Lydia is a nationally certified, New Hampshire licensed, Massage Therapist. She received her education
through the Massage Program at Macintosh College, Dover, NH. Lydia heads a strong, experienced,
and talented massage staff. She is a "natural" when it comes to massage and continues
to perfect her craft through education and hands-on experience.
Lydia is well versed in Reflexology, Hot Stone,
Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Neuromuscular massage techniques. Her specialty is a customized massage that fits
your needs, although if she had to pick her favorite it would be a Hot Stone Massage! Lydia is a fun
spirit with a big heart. She grew up right here on the Seacoast and loves working in downtown Portsmouth.
