Portsmouth Spa wants every customer to feel fantastic about each and every visit to our Spa. Our main goal is to
provide the best experience possible for each guest and always exceed expectations. We have the best trained staff in the Portsmouth area
and we know that you will always enjoy leaving the world behind when you walk through our doors!
We want Portsmouth Spa to be a place you can feel comfortable enough to stop in and socialize, even if you're not receiving one of
our fantastic treatments. We want every single person to feel wonderful about their visit and to leave a lasting

Hours of Service
Sunday: 10pm - 4pm
Monday: 10am - 6pm
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 10am - 8pm
Friday: 10am - 6pm
Saturday: 9am - 4pm
Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes early for treatments to allow for consent forms, changing, and relaxation. Cell phones
on silent please. Enjoy your visit!
Cancellations
Please call 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the price of services or packages; however, at your discretion, gratuities are graciously accepted by Portsmouth Spa staff. If you wish to show appreciation for a job well done or service enjoyed, gratuity envelopes are available at the front desk when you check out. The industry standard ranges from 15% to 20% of the service fee. Please note that gratuities cannot be put on credit cards.
Spa Parties
We love to host groups, bridal parties, and corporate events. Let us plan your special event.
